We believe that knowing Christ is a journey where we learn more each day we open our hearts to God’s call on our lives. As a church family, we participate in this work through study, prayer, and worship. Below is a list of offerings that touch on these three areas.
- E-Men Breakfast
Second Saturday of the Month at 8:00 am - Christ Church LibraryAll men are invited to join us for breakfast, fellowship and devotional. Contact the church office for location.
- E-Men Social
Fourth Thursday of the month at 5:30pm – Clem Mikeska's Barbeque in BeltonAll men are invited to join at the home of a fellow church member for some good ol’ fashion fellowship. This time is sacred time for men of the church to get to know one another on a deeper level.
Sundays at 9:15am in the church libraryTake a journey through The Book of Common Prayer, the Christian life, and basic beliefs of our faith, guided by two Episcopal priests - Scott Gunn and Melody Wilson Shobe.
- Midweek Bible Study
Wednesdays at 10:30 am in the church libraryThis is a weekly study of the lessons for the coming Sunday led by our clergy
- Adult Acolytes
Being an acolyte isn't "just for the kids", it is a ministry to the church service that adults are more than welcome to take part in. An acolyte assists in worship by carrying a processional cross, lighting candles, holding the Gospel book, holding candles or "torches", assisting a deacon or priest set up and clean up at the altar, handing the offering plates to ushers, and many other tasks as seen fit by the priest. We are always looking for more acolytes!
Every Third Friday or Saturday of the Month from 6:30-8:30 pmPotluck Fellowship is a time of food and fellowship where you can get to know your church family in a relaxed setting in someone’s home.
